SHIPPING & RETURNS

At HAVNNE, we are dedicated to providing a seamless, transparent, and reliable experience from the moment you select your essentials to the moment they arrive at your door. This policy outlines our commitment to precise fulfillment and clear terms for both domestic and international logistics.

Order Processing

All orders are initiated upon successful payment confirmation. Every HAVNNE essential is prepared with care, with standard dispatch occurring within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Jamaican public holidays).

During exclusive promotions, new collection launches, or peak volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended to ensure the integrity of every shipment. You will receive a formal dispatch notification once your order has been transferred to our courier partners.

Domestic Logistics (Jamaica)

For our clients within Jamaica, we offer refined delivery options to ensure safe arrival:

  • Knutsford Express: Orders are dispatched to your selected depot. Timelines are subject to Knutsford Express schedules.

  • Zipmail: Door-to-door or post-office-to-post-office delivery via the postal service.

  • Local Pickup: Available at designated locations. Specific coordinates and timing will be coordinated post-checkout.

Please verify that all contact and shipping details are precise to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

International Logistics

HAVNNE is proud to offer international shipping to select global destinations.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. HAVNNE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Costs & Timeframes

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, HAVNNE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, international customs clearance, or environmental conditions beyond our control.​

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from HAVNNE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (domestic or international). We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a successful handover.

 

Orders become the responsibility of the customer once they have been handed over to the courier or collected via pickup. Any delivery issues should be reported promptly so we may assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the curated nature of our skincare formulations and the strict requirements for hygiene and safety, HAVNNE maintains a restricted returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging.

  • Return requests must be formally submitted within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

  • Authentic proof of purchase is required for all requests.​

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Any skincare product that has been opened, swatched, or used.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or environmental exposure post-delivery.

  • Sale, promotional, or "Archive" items (unless otherwise stated).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please notify our concierge team at hello@havnne.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. High-resolution photographs of the external packaging and the product defect.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.

Refunds

Processed refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) or issued as HAVNNE store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, as processing times vary by financial institution. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by HAVNNE. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancellations

To maintain our commitment to rapid fulfillment, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing or dispatch phase. Once an order has been prepared for shipping or pickup, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
